These are not necessarily connected cases. Exhibit D and LOL are clearly in a different location. It would be unreasonable to assume the pegleg burnout continued through the left turn (as noted by the signage in Exhibit:C) into the absurdly poor braking attempt on a right bend as shown in Exhibit D and LOL. While it
could
be assumed that the perpetrator of the pegleg burnout would be traveling at a high rate of speed necessitating the use of such a long panic stop, without further evidence (such as tire tread analysis, identifying car parts at the impact site, etc...) this conjecture is based merely circumstantial evidence.
